Danger sign for America

What is the biggest threat to America? China? Europe? Russia? al-Qaeda?
Nope, it's none of the above. The biggest threat to America is America itself. What is worrisome is that almost with nobody noticing it, America has accumulated a public (national) debt of $8,176,551,691,029.25 (as of this writing)! That's $8 trillion plus! And if we include all sectors (Federal govt., financial sector, household sector, business sector and the state&local govenment) the total debt figure reaches to about $40 trillion! I don't know how many Americans are aware of this or appreciate its significance to their daily lives and safety.

This is a bubble that can burst anytime and paralyze the American government with disastrous consequence to every American citizen. This clearly is a grave concern to every American man, woman and child. Unless the government and citizens collaborate to curb this trend, America may go down the way of ancient superpowers, such as Roman empire, Egyptian empire, Babylonian empire, etc.
